**Specialist School -Support Teaching Assistant/Sports Coach**

A fantastic school in Oxford is currently for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. They cater for a range of special needs, both children and young adults. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistantto develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behavioural Needs. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable.

A positive, enthusiastic individual who is able to bring prior knowledge and experience to the classroom is exactly what this school is looking for. The children at such school require a supportive teaching assistant who is open-minded and is able to adaptto different situations. With SEN widely varying, the children have many different needs, which should always be a priority. Suitable experience from working with either SEN children or adults is greatly beneficial. A minimum of Level 3 qualifications or equivalentis required, with a degree being most desirable.
