**Maternity Cover Role - 7 Months**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our organisation to assist with the recruitment of staff, management of sessional teaching staff and also take on office administration.

**This is a full-time position covering a maternity leave
- based at our office in Wyke. The hours are 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.**

The role would include:

- Assisting with recruiting new staff, following current vetting procedures and right to work legislation
- Dealing with customer accounts
- Administration tasks related to your duties
- Dealing with any staffing issues
- Communicate with our schools to ensure a high-quality service
- Communicate with the staff across the business
- Inducting and training new staff members
- Cover Performing Arts sessions for staff absences - if asked to teach, training will be given.
- Driving license and own car
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good Telephone Manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience teaching or working with KS1 and KS2 aged students in a Primary School setting
- Hold a degree (ideally in Music, Performing Arts or Drama)
