Matt Burton Associates are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our client's business based out of their Bromley Dealership working with their Toyota brand.
As a Trainee Car Sales Executive, you will be fast tracked through a 12-week programme of accelerated learning with the Toyota Academy, and after 1 year be an accredited Toyota Car Sales Executive. The Toyota Car Sales Executive role is to sell some of thebest-known vehicle models in the world and to join one of the market leaders with the Hybrid Technology Vehicles.
This role is ideal for anyone looking to start a career in the Automotive industry, you don't need any experience but must have great customer service skills and the drive to succeed. You will also receive a company car from the day you start your trainingprogramme as well as being eligible for the company benefits package when you graduate
About the Role
- Deliver a high level of customer service that embodies the Toyota culture of quality and excellence
- Maintain product knowledge in order to present vehicles, accessories and services and respond confidently to customer questions
- Sell vehicles to customers by following the Centre's sales process and adapting it to the customer's needs and preferences
- Participate in all scheduled activities on the training programme including sessions at the Toyota's Head Office
- Keep your learning logs up to date for regular learning reviews with your manager/mentor
- Plan and organise sales activities, including prospecting, test drives and vehicle handovers
- Introduce the Centre's Business Manager to optimise sales of finance plans
- Maintain accurate customer records in line with data protection legislation
- Liaise with and support all colleagues to deliver a sales and after-sales experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Build an understanding of competitor vehicles and costs, distinguishing the differences between Toyota and competitor products
- Achieve individual sales targets
Your Skills
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- GCSE Maths & English & 2x A Levels - ESSENTIAL
- IT Skills
- Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel to the training sessions
- Some experience delivering Customer Service F2F (ideal)
