**Overview**
My client, a niche wealth management firm who pride themselves on a carefully honed advisory service built up over many years, delivers successful outcomes to both Private and Corporate Clients providing advice on many matters from Tax to Estate planning.They are currently looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their business to focus on looking after new business, existing clients adhering to established processes and procedures and maintaining compliance at all times.
**About the role**
- Preparing protection quotes
- Conducting electronic checks for new and when needed existing client.
- Creating invoices
- Issuing Letters of Authority,
- Maintaining client records
- Producing year-end tax packs to client when requested
- Recording all new business submissions to providers
- Follow up any outstanding fees and commission.
**About you**
- This role requires experience within the wealth sector, either as a Financial Administrator or IFA/Client Services Administrator with a history within wealth management.
- Excellent Client facing skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Great time management skills
- Desire to learn and develop further
