**The Role**

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service. This desk-based role involves managing customer inquiries, bookings, and a shared inbox, while handling tasks like pricing, planning, and providing expert guidance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent telephone and data entry skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

**The Opportunity**

What We are Looking For
- Experience in logistics or a related B2B environment
- Ambition and attention to detail
- Ability to empathize with customers and solve unexpected challenges effectively
- Familiarity with IT tools and willingness to be part of the on-call rota (1 week every 4-5 weeks, with a £150 reward and if on call on a Public Holiday a day in lieu will be added to your annual holiday allowance).

**What You will Receive**
- **Salary -**We are thinking around £28K plus Benefits and but if you are the right person, we are happy to talk about it.

- **Hours -** 0800 - 1730 based on a 40 hrs week with 1 hr lunchbreak
