**Requirements**:

- Valid Electro Technical Officer (ETO) certification.
- Prior experience on a PSV or similar vessels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

UK tax depends on whether the vessel enters the 12-nautical mile territorial waters.
