The Investor Relations Associate will be an integral part of the Finance organization at Rentokil Initial, supporting the Head of Investor Relations in engaging with investors and analysts. This role involves a diverse range of activities tied to financial reporting, investor communications, and corporate access, while fostering strong relationships with the investment community.
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor key performance metrics and maintain internal reference materials.
- Respond efficiently to information requests from investors and research analysts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Help address the information needs of investors (UK and international) and research analysts, being reliably responsive in a timely manner. Quickly become adept a independent communication with these external stakeholders.
- Monitor sell side analyst estimates and coverage of the company as well as peers, and maintain research analyst consensus.
- Contribute to investor targeting initiatives, including tracking the efficacy of the company’s investor outreach and engagement efforts.
- Track analyst coverage and maintain analyst consensus for reported financial results.
- Assist in drafting materials for investor communications, including earnings releases and annual reports.
- Manage the calendar for the Investor Relations function, coordinating investor meetings and preparing briefing notes.
- Support initiatives for investor targeting and engagement, analysing the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous investor relations or capital markets experience is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with sufficient accounting knowledge to answer analyst questions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to synthesise complexity.
- You will liaise with senior stakeholders across the business and therefore must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform all necessary tasks to a tight deadline.
