**About the Company**

**Flow-Right Construction is a domestic construction company serving clients across London, Essex and Herts.**

**We are currently seeing vast amounts of exciting projects come into the business, putting us in a strong position to train and develop a new generation of carpenters with the support of our skilled team.**

**We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a genuine interest in carpentry and the building trade, this particular role is a fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship however we are keen to employ someone who is eager to progress within a business as their knowledge and skills develop.**

**The role will be focused on supporting the existing build team in carrying out all aspects of the build process from the beginning of work, right through to build completion with a main focus on carpentry.**

**Role Duties**

**Assisting the onsite Carpenters/Multi Trade Builders**

**Preparing the working area**

**Loading materials**

**Maintaining general tidiness on site**

**Cleaning of tools and equipment**

**Willing to help other team members/trades where required**

**Willing to learn both 1st and 2nd fix aspects**

**Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety on site at all times**

**Skills & Behaviours**

**Effective time management - Deadlines are exceptionally important to ensure mínimal disruption to our clients lives, poor time management can delay a project and also negatively impact your fellow team members.**

**Customer service skills - As we carry out projects in the domestic sector you will regularly come into contact with clients in their homes, for this reason a positive and friendly attitude is essential.**

**Clear written and verbal communication - We rely heavily on communication in the building industry to ensure we are all working towards the same goals.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.00-£10.00 per hour
