**HERES HOW?**

Change Birmingham Brief Therapy (Change) is looking for people to join our Board of Trustees to help us develop and improve our well established
(1991) and successful counselling services, that are available to citizens of Birmingham who have mental health concerns, or wish to improve their emotional health/wellbeing, coping skills and resilience.
As the after effects of the pandemic and the cost of living crisis continue, we are committed to developing our services in response to the increasing FREE TRAINING need for free and accessible emotional support, and we are looking for Safeguarding individuals with an interest and commitment to improving the city’s mental wellbeing to join us in this work. Solution Focused Therapy
- Participate in monthly 1 hour meetings ( _held on Zoom or in our _
- office in the Jewellery Quarter in the early evening) _
- Commit up to 3 hours per month working with fellow trustees to REIMBURSEMENT monitor quality and volume of service provision.

Change can reimburse out-of
- Publicise and raise the profile of Change.
- pocket expenses for travel
- Review and implement our Business Plan and prepare funding bids and new service proposals. and subsistence.
