**Job Summary**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an office junior to work in our busy and enthusiastic legal firm on a full-time permanent basis.Ideally this would suit a school leaver looking for a career in an office.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

You will be trained on our office procedures and your duties will include the following:

- Filing
- Making tea/coffee
- Indexing legal deeds
- Mail (franking, collecting and sending)
- Answering telephone calls and making appointments
- Copying documents

**Qualifications and Skills**

Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel would be beneficial but not essential.
