**About us**
We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at Bristol Street Ford Crewe as a Sales Advisor working 40 hours per week with an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 and with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn well in excess of £30,000. We are fully committed to delivering our colleagues flexibility that allows them to balance their work life and home life as well as delivering them a great place to work.
**About the Role**
You will be required to assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from viewing and test drive, to finance options and delivery. Informing the customer on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs. You will be providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting. In this role you will work 40 hours per week on a mutually agreed fixed shift pattern. We are open to discuss a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand however this will include weekend work.
**About You**
You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence. Motor industry experience isn't necessary as we'll provide you with all the support and training needed for you to be successful however, previous sales experience is desired but not essential.
