**Post Details Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm - 5 days per week inc. ½ hour paid lunch - Mon-Fri**

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Salary: Starting salary of £27'846 per year**

**Holiday: 29 days per year, including bank holidays and certain shut-downs**

**Location: Working at our Halstock, Somerset office/warehouse premises - We do not offer any remote working**

This is a diverse role that allows you to explore a range of creative areas—from photographing products and preparing print-ready artwork to contributing to new product design. You’ll collaborate closely on the creative direction, adding your personal design perspective to help define and strengthen our visual brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to grow their skills and contribute meaningfully to a variety of creative projects in a dynamic environment.

**Typically, this role will involve**
- **Product Artwork Creation** - Designing print-ready bespoke artwork for our sublimation products.
- **Photography & Image Editing** - Capturing and editing product photos for listings and promotional content.
- **Mood Images & Mock-ups** - Designing lifestyle imagery and realistic mock-ups for e-commerce and digital use.
- **Print & Packaging Design** - Creating leaflets, inserts, and packaging.
- **Website Asset Design** - Creating and implementing web assets

**Essential Skills**
- Proven strong design and creative skills
- Technical ability in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience in photo editing, layout design, and mock-up creation
- Understanding of both print and digital workflows
- Familiarity with web asset preparation and implementation
- Good level of organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks, but with a strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills across e-commerce platforms
- Strong computer skills
- Self-driven and time-conscious qualities
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Punctuality and reliability

**Desirable Skills**
- Additional technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Microsoft programmes, including Word and Excel
- Good level of literacy
- Motivation to learn different aspects of the business
