**Job description**

Manningham Concrete is currently looking for a Fence Panel Manufacturer for our successful fencing & decking branch in Allerton (Bradford BD15 7QE) West Yorkshire.

Since our formation in 1963, Manningham Concrete has developed from a single branch to be the largest independent Builders, Timber, Plumbing and Fencing Merchants in Bradford.

The role is focused on making wooden fence panels inside our joiners shed and helping in the yard when required. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Branch Management Team, you will be responsible for manufacturing fence panels for orders and stock as well as providing excellent customer service at all times when working in the yard. Full training is provided alongside an experienced member of staff.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Manufacturing fence panels to keep up with stock levels
- Manufacturing fence panels to a high level of quality
- Serving our customers politely and professionally
- Keeping the joiners shed and yard clean and tidy
- Ensuring that the yard is a safe and secure environment
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Manningham Concrete procedures

**To fit this role you will need to be**:

- Able to work alternate Saturday mornings (8am -12pm).
- Physically fit as role involves heavy lifting.
- A good team player who can work on your own initiative.
- A good communicator.
- Presentable, approachable, positive and polite.
- Motivated, energetic and passionate about your work.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent 40 hour week

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift, 1 hour for lunch and breaks
- Day shift Mon - Fri (7:30am - 4:30pm)
- Every other Saturday 8am - 12pm

**Pay dependant on Age**:

- Under 18 - £6.50 p/hour
- Over 18 - £7.50 p/hour

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Bonus scheme
- Overtime at 1 ½ hourly pay rate

- Staff Canteen with free tea & coffee

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £6.50 per hour
