**Role: Operations and Resourcing Specialist**

**Location: Slough (hybrid)**

Your primary focus is to support with the recruitment and daily operations of Freelance trainers used within the business.- Support the Freelance & Engagement manager with the completion of the recruitment process from pre-screen to onboarding and vetting, and ensuring all information is recorded accurately
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service which results in positive feedback from both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with data analysis and reporting in areas such as freelance quality & evaluations and freelance spend using PowerBI and internal reporting systems

**About you**:

- Communication and building relationships with a variety of stakeholders of all levels both internal and external
- Understanding of what ‘good’ customer service is
