Healthcare Support Worker Facilitator

This is a new and exciting opportunity, this multi purpose role will be working 2 days clinically and three days as the Clinical Support Worker facilitator.

As the Clinical Support Worker Facilitator you will be supporting new team members through their Induction/Care Certificate through to the end of their probation period.

During which time you would be supporting the new recruits to gain all the relevant competences and providing them with supervision/ mentorship into their role.

You will need to be able to travel across the Sirona bases so full driving licence and access to a car is essential
