Our Customer Service Advisors deliver a fantastic experience to our customers, helping them get back on the road. With your customer service experience, you’ll be able to give our customers the help they need when they need it most, by phone and face to face. You’ll schedule repair work and MOTs, maintain up to date and accurate records, and talk our customers through work completed, answering first line queries.

In line with your passion for all things motor vehicle, we’ll train you in fitting wiper blades, bulbs and batteries.

A key member of the team, you’ll have a current valid driving licence and be IT literate.
