We are looking to recruit **Warehouse Operatives** to support our growing team based at our site in **Wellingborough.**

Our multi-temperature warehouse operates **24/7 **excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are **flexible** and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic rate of pay is **£12.27 **per hour

Weekend premium - **£1.70** per hour

**Shifts available**:
**Day Shift ( 06:00-14:00) only**

Rota options below:
Any 5 days out of 7 as per rota (every other Weekend off 4 week rotation)

Full time hours contracted to **37.5 hours per week** working any 5 out of 7 days. Limited part time hours available.

On site transport option within Wellingborough and surrounding areas available at low cost, option of flexible route possible.

**The Role**:

- Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
- Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
- Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
- Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
- Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
- Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard

**The Person**:

- Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site
- at least 6 months warehouse experience
- Motivated and committed
- Driven with high personal standards
- Flexible - Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7
- Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
- The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information
- Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £12.27-£13.97 per hour
