We’re in need of a alented individual to join us as a front of house Team leader here at The Baffins.

As part of our award-winning Greene King Locals Pub Team, your role will be supporting in leading a warm welcoming pub that is always lively, fun, and a team with a genuine desire to please the customer. Working with passionate and energetic people, you will have a genuine interest in the local community.

**About The Role**

Working front of house, you will be passionate about community, welcoming to our guests and you can even get involved in innovating ways to become the pub of choice for every occasion. You will take an active role in supporting the General Manager to plan and execute great sales activity and be able to lead the team while on shift.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Serve beverages to company standard
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the pub and facilities
- Recommended and up sell products
- Engage with customers and make them feel welcome
- Work well within a team and support your team
- Key hold
- Open and close the business in the abcence of senior managment
- Cellar managment

**About You**

You will need experience at a supervisory level within hospitality as we are a busy business. You need to have a warm and friendly personality, willingness to learn and a genuine love for what you do.

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
