**About the role**:
**Job Summary**

The main purpose of the role is control incoming/outgoing goods and stock control, this requires excellent administration skills.You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to take on a wide range of tasks, an enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have a forklift driving licence or experience of this.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Store duties to ensure that all the stock is kept securely within that area. To Include frozen storage locations.
- Assisting with Procurement of goods, covering for illnesses and holidays.
- Administering goods inwards using Sage 200, which will include distribution/communicating the arrival of parts as required throughout the business
- Allocating of material/components to works orders, and issuing to the production areas
- Ensuring stock levels are correct, and advising of any discrepancies with regard to re-order/stock levels
- To work with minimum supervision
- Liaise with line management and colleagues to identify ways of continuously improving service to both internal & external customers
- Any other duties as required and deemed to commensurate with the job position

**About You**:
Ideally we'd like someone who has previous stores experience and can control stock effectively, have a forklift driving licence or experience of this, good communication and interpersonal skills with diplomatic approach to encourage continuous improvement with internal customers and good IT skills. Experience with Procurement/Purchasing will be a benefit

**Standard Working Hours**:
37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm

Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
