**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess students' progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and understanding of diverse learning styles.
- Strong educational background, preferably with experience in tutoring or teaching roles.
- Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous, enabling support for students with varying needs.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a love for learning through innovative teaching methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
