We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a rewarding career in Education recruitment. You will support the expected culture aligned with legislation, company values and achieving success in line with target requirementsthis all sounds exciting, but most importantly we want you to have fun whilst doing it.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruitment Consultant**
- Keep up to date on relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge
- Adhere to standards and processes related to compliance and Safer Recruitment Practices
- Report to Managers on improvements, findings, and terminated contracts monthly
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work protocols at all times
- Attend events and site visits when required

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Recruitment Consultant**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role would be desired
- Have knowledge of the education sector, understanding regulated requirements including safeguarding & DBS policy and procedures
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service environment is essential
- Effective time management, multitasking and workload management skills, with the ability to work towards set goals, targets and meet deadlines.
- Excellent rapport building
- Strong presentation skills

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
