**Commercial Assistant**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join the team in Bristol and administer all commercial aspects. This role gives you opportunity to progress into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and approve sub-contract claim’s for payment through completion of work orders.
- Ensure ‘completed not invoiced’ (CNI) jobs are maintained at the pre-agreed levels during the course of the contract.
- Ensure compliance with all terms, conditions and practices of the assigned contract.
- Attend progress meetings and provide commercial reports to the client and senior management.
**Knowledge / Experience**
- Previous responsive maintenance knowledge (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar role (Essential)
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
**Salary & Benefits**
- £28,000-£33,000 (Depending on experience)
- 22 days annual leave which increases with length of service (+Bank holidays)
- Company Pension
