Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer living in or near to Bedford? Are you ambitious to get into management? This is a great opportunity to join a British manufacturer of bespoke packaging machinery where staff are valued and generally staywith the company for a long time. This role is to replace someone who is retiring.

**BASIC SALARY**: up to £52,500

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Electrical Design Engineer - packaging machinery

A classic Electrical Design Engineer role managing the Electrical design team with responsibility for all electrical design of control systems, issuing electrical BOM's and supporting the electrical build when required.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Electrical Design Engineer - packaging machinery
- You MUST be an experienced Electrical Design Engineer ideally with experience of working on special purpose machinery
- You MUST be a qualified Electrical & Electronic Engineer ideally with experience of using either AUTOCAD Electrical or EPLAN software
- Any previous hands on panel building or wiring experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
