This role offers the opportunity to lead and improve where necessary, a new finance function.

**Description**

As Senior Finance Manager reporting into the Manager Director, you be successfully responsible for leading the finance function of the organisation and the monthly management accounts.

This will also look after key areas around the budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, VAT and financial reporting etc. Stakeholder management will be important amongst the financial and non-finance teams, such as Head ofHR etc.

These key duties will contribute to the implementing and maintaining of a smooth running process for the financial cycle.

**Profile**
- Extensive experience of management accounts
- Key understanding of end to end finance processes
- Delivered in month end duties such as bank reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, VAT & Tax preparations etc
- Either qualified by experience, AAT qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA
- Stakeholder management experience
- Previously been in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Project Accountant, Finance Controller etc
- Desirable, but not essential, have supervised or managed a team/collegaues

**Job Offer**
