Bartender/server

We are looking for a passionate and creative bartender to join our fantastic bar team at Ashley Cross.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Create cocktails for our seasonal specials
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and facilitate an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and drink regulations

Requirements and skills
- Hospitality experience required
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks beneficial
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
