**Marketing Manager - ONCAMPUS**

**Job description**

**Who are we looking for?**

We have a new opportunity for two experienced **Marketing Managers** to join our **ONCAMPUS**division, part of **Cambridge Education Group**.

Working closely with the ONCAMPUS Director of Marketing and the wider marketing team, the **Marketing Manager** will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns and product training plans focused on supporting the business strategic objectives - to achieve recruitment targets, including brand awareness, brandpenetration and new product development in the marketplace.
- One Marketing Manager will have a primary focus on helping and developing the core marketing strategy for the launch of our new ONCAMPUS Loughborough centre, alongside the other Marketing team members & senior managers.
- One Marketing Manager will have a key responsibility in managing the Social Media Executive and oversee the social media aspects by managing it strategically. In addition, this Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting two of our UK centres.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate strong marketing management skills with a proven track record of creativity in producing effective marketing communications leading to the achievement of targeted results. Similarly, the **Marketing Manager** will have proven familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing, ideally in the business services sector, including marketing communication.

The role is on a **full-time**, **permanent basis**. The location for this role is in **Cambridge**, **United Kingdom**.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Content & General**
- Design and develop the tools required to train sales, admissions and agents on the ONCAMPUS proposition. This will include developing an online training annual calendar, online training activity and delivering webinars.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers to understand the brand proposition for each centre and its products and to develop innovative social media and other digital content.
- Work closely with centre staff and wider sales and marketing team to learn about the student journey so as to identify and communicate all key training information at crucial points of the students’ journey for each designated centre.

**Marketing Leadership**
- Manage marketing communications output for the ONCAMPUS portfolio, working with in-market staff to 'localise’ materials where required.
- Work closely with the marketing and international office teams at the centres to ensure all materials meet the partners requirements and opportunities are maximised.
- Line management responsibilities.

**Person Specification & experience we look for**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a marketing role, within a commercially driven environment.
- Experience with print and digital campaign planning
- Familiarity with product training across a complex business organisation.
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong communication skills, including copywriting.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven record of delivery and ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
