Due to continued growth we are looking to update our structure and as such are looking to appoint a dedicated Corporate Administrator.

Physiological Measurements Ltd deliver 20,000 NHS appointments per month, with a team of over 150 staff in community locations across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role sits within the Quality and Integrated Governance Team, working closely with all head office departments and be accountable to the Head of Quality & Integrated Governance.

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Integrated Governance. This role will provide consistent, high quality administrative support, with a focus on corporate functions and provide a single point of contact and coordination for this important function.

**Management Meetings**

Collate Agenda, SMT Packs, and attend meetings as Action/Minutes taker.

**Internal Intranet**

Update as directed to ensure staff are able to access UpToDate information on company policies, contacts, information’s.

**Contract Administration**

File and Share Contract Updates

Collate contract Packs for External Meetings, gathering reports from appropriate departments

Following Contract ending/mobilisation plans to ensure all stakeholders kept updated on progress and aware of key dates and actions

**Corporate Administration**

Filing and maintaining Docuware (electronic Filing) system

Maintain shared information on company servers to ensure accurate and uptodate for wider staff to access.

Fleet Administration - ensure that company cars are deployed, maintained, insured etc.

Goods In/Out Process

Administer and share post received appropriately

Insurance Renewals/Admin Project Admin where required

Support Accommodation/travel arrangements for Company, employees etc

**Tenders**

Identification and Qualification of opportunities using Tender software

Support Submission (Administrative)

**Other**

Coordinate Building Maintenance

Fire Safety and Fire Alarm Testing

Fire Marshall

Company Meeting Organisation - on site and off site

Electricity and Gas consumption logging

General Administrative Tasks

Support, Head of Quality & Integrated Governance, Patient Experience and Governance Lead with Administration when required

**Person specification**
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent organisational skills
- Administrative experience
- “Can do” attitude and willingness to support wider team to help achieve shared goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
