**Client Services Executive - Hybrid**

**Location**: Hybrid/Birmingham UK (Fort Dunlop)
**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

The main purpose of the Client Services Executive role is to execute the operational requirements for B2B contracts under the supervision and direction of the Senior Client Service Manager and Sales Team.

You will adopt a customer centric approach, ensuring that the commitments made to clients by the Sales Team are delivered.

You will be central to the smooth and efficient running of the programme from go-live through to assessment, performing a pivotal function on a global basis.

Your role will be to know everything about the opportunity and the programme, e.g., where it is delivered, by whom and how.

**In order to be successful in this role you will need**:

- Experience of providing customer service to high profile clients
- Experience of using a CRM and an LMS is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and high productivity
- Reliable and confident
