- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic cooking skills are advantageous for assisting in food preparation when required.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
