Case Officer

To produce complete and accurate case files that contribute to the achievement of successful prosecutions, formal cautions, warning letters and advice & guidance; to produce data that will help areas target enforcement effort and publicise successful prosecutions and increase likelihood of high levels of fines and costs awarded in court.
The team
- Enforcement Once is part of the National Enforcement Service and is a centralised team dealing with a range of enforcement activities with the main focus on fishing rod licence and associated offences. We deal with a broad range of customers and different sanctions such as Fixed Penalty Notices and Civil Sanctions.
Experience/skills required
- We are seeking a customer focussed Case Officer who will provide a first class service to our customers. Important skills will include: excellent written and verbal communication; self motivated team player with strong organisational skills; an eye for detail and accuracy as we produce legal documentation which requires an ability to work to tight deadlines; proficient in the use of Word/Excel; develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers; an ability to pick up new systems and with enforcement knowledge are preferred but not essential.
