**Purpose of the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Estate Agent, providing an opportunity to develop your career in the prime residential market of St Andrews. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team and you can expect, on the job training with the opportunity to progress within the department and wider business.

You will have the opportunity to accompany and assist our trained Valuers and Negotiators, providing you the opportunity to observe and assist with the sales process from initial valuation through to legal completion. You will also learn first-hand the role of the Valuer from providing an accurate, evidence supported valuation to advising on an appropriate marketing and launch strategy, specific to each property.

In addition, as viewings are the core of our business, you will be responsible for leading the viewing process, ensuring you maximise the conversion rate of viewings to offers while providing exceptional customer service, in keeping with the Rettie brand.

You will be motivated by working to incentivised performance targets and will become an expert user of our customer database and will ensure data capture, and quality and accuracy of data, is a priority.

- Driving licence
**Experience and Technical skills**
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Experience working in a target and KPI driven role
- Experience of data entry
- Active interest in the property market
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience of Reapit database or a comparable database product.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,600.00 per year
