**The Role**

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Ci Coordinator Apprentice to join out team at Histon. In Histon, we manufacture a host of ambient sweetspreads and jellies for our grocery brands. These includes Hartley'sjams and jellies, Gale's honey, Rose's and Robertsons marmalade's.

The role of the CI Coordinator is to realise improvements within the Company’s safety, environmental and quality frameworks whilst driving a culture of teamwork and Continuous Improvement. You will have a hands-on approach to the Factory Operations Team in making and sustaining performance gains

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively support site wide briefings and communications relating to C.I. in a positive and inspirational manner
- Establish working processes which encourage the sharing of best practice to create a focus on C.I. and process optimisation
- Drive a balanced approach to improvement covering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Performance
- Encourage the teams to highlight issues and come up with long term solutions to support the operational improvements

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**:

- A-level in Maths desirable
- Yellow Belt or some experience of Continuous Improvement
- Strong data-handling skills
- Project management exposure, ideally some experience/training as a Project Lead
