Hotel Supervisor

Last Minute Barmaid provide experienced front of house staff cover to the hospitality and corporate sector across Ayrshire. We are looking to expand our team of bank staff. If you left the hospitality sector or if you currently work in the hospitality sector we want to hear from you.

**DUTIES**
- Greet customers in a timely and pleasant manner
- Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations
- Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including Cocktails
- Follow the look 25 police checking ID to verify age
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible drinking
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Clean down the bar at end of shift following business protocol
- Work well with business manager following any instructions given
- Work well with other staff members to ensure perfect service
- Follow health and safety legislation at all times

**EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience as a bar tender
- Cocktail Knowledge preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
- Knowledge of Bar operations and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Flexitime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Personal Licence (preferred)
