Your Job Family Purpose
This family is dedicated to revenue generation from both new business and existing accounts. They own and manage
all direct sales channels and the bid and marketing activity required to support delivery of targets through those
channels. Marketing roles are concerned with brand development, relationship marketing, market and customer
insight and commercial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and are responsible for meeting lead generation targets.
Your Role Purpose
As junior graphic design you will support our in-house design executive to create a range of assets across digital, social,
video, web, mobile and print. You will be working on multichannel marketing campaigns, and support brand projects.
You will build creative assets for our owned channels (website and social media), as well as corporate communications,
events, exhibitions, presentations, and advertising.

Your Key Deliverables
- Team work - work within a team to produce creative, digital first solutions for a range of
objectives, often working to tight deadlines.
- Design process - support the delivery of design projects from brief through to production - this
includes all stages of the design process from understanding project requirements, listening to
feedback to delivering the final designs.
- Digital design and formats - ability to edit video, create display banners, infographics, animations
and social media assets, website and mobile/ responsive design layouts
- Print design and layouts - produce layouts and designs for printed marketing materials such as
brochures, leaflets, business cards, postcards and newsletters, white-papers.
- Manage artwork - send artwork to print, monitoring progress against agreed deadlines and ensure
material is printed to the highest quality.
- Keep up to date with the latest design techniques and good working knowledge of leading design
software packages
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency regardless of project size
- Produce creative and impactful digital presentations to communicate our brand story to a range
of different audiences
- Follow existing processes to ensure that all files and related assets required for production of the
creative projects, assets and artwork are effectively maintained, stored correctly, retrievable
