**Location**:Boathouse, Parkgate, Neston

**Salary**:Up to £9.50 ph + Tips + Benefits.

**Your Role - Hydes Front of House Team**

As a part time Front of House team member, our customers are in your hands. You will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying beverages.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Situated on the RSPB nature reserve, the Boathouse is a haven for nature watchers and food lovers alike. With magnificent views of the Dee Estuary it’s no surprise that Boat House has a reputation as somewhere to eat whilst enjoying the beautiful British coastline. As could be expected, it’s their fish and shellfish selection that they take a particular pride in, the offerings extensive and the produce is fresh with the preparation lovingly cared for.
