**Role Overview**

As a credit controller, you’ll manage incoming payments, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and direct customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in optimising cash flow, maintaining financial accuracy and enhancing customer satisfaction across our wholesale and direct channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts professionally
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Post and allocate payments across multiple channels and currencies
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve queries
- Assist with credit checks and support credit control processes
- Contribute to month-end reporting and audit preparation
- Maintain accurate records in line with our brand’s commitment to excellence

**Training & Development**
- We offer a training allowance for team members pursuing relevant finance qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA). We’re committed to your professional growth and encourage continuous learning.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in accounts receivable or credit control
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms in particular Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central/ Shopify
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Appreciation for luxury retail and customer experience
