**Lighthouse Hotel Management** are recruiting for the exciting role of **Food & Beverage Assistant (Casual)** at **Voyager's Restaurant & Bar at The Halyard** Liverpool.** Reporting into the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming and ensuring our guests have an amazing experience. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered at all times.

As a member of the Food & Beverage Team at Voyagers Restaurant & Bar at the Halyard Hotel, you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Food & Beverage Assistants work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to dinner, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

**Food & Beverage Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
- To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible. Showing passion and pride for the hotel.
- Have expert knowledge of the food and wine that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menu's to drive sales.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
- Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times.

**Voyager's Restaurant & Bar at The Halyard** Liverpool. **Which is a new hotel opening under the IHG Vignette Brand and will be the first of the Luxury lifestyle brand in the UK. Managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is an operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
