We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.

As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working. A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units.

**The Role**

The Senior Reward and Benefits Administrator will carry out an essential role and is a liaison between the HR Teams, external providers, payroll and finance teams. Their role is to ensure that all administration processes are carried out correctly and the systems updated accurately to meet the needs of the Shared Service business and the Businesses they support.

This is a varied role and will require exceptional organisational skill, eye for details and self-motivated. The person must be able to maintain confidentiality and have great communication skills.

**What You'll Need**
- 3-4 years of experience as an administrator in a HR or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- The ability to liaise with managers at all levels within a business.
- Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/ data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Sound MS office skills, particularly in excel, word, outlook and powerpoint.
- Positive attitude to work
- Ability to be self-motivated and meet exacting deadlines
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a team player
