The Role:

- Operate the crane safely in response to given tasks or material requests.
- Off & load and distribute materials around the site.
- Maintain and organise the storage of materials.
- Carry out routine safety checks on both the crane and forklift.
- Laise with Management on material quantities.
- Monitoring crane stability and load weights.
- Use correct Slinging techniques and equipment.
- Check loads are secure.

The Person:

- The ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good team working/interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills
- An understanding of Health and Safety requirements

The Experience:

- Previous experience as a crane operator.
- Previous experience as a forklift driver.
- Hold a valid CSCS Card.
- Holding an in date CPCS Card.
- Full valid driving licence

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
