This Role is **40** Hours a week with the flexibility of working within the days of **Monday - Sunday.**

Annual Salary **£20,000 + Bonus**

We are looking for a **Retail Sales Associate** for our **Lakeside Store.** In this role, you will develop new customer relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales. Build strong partnerships with co-workers and store management.

**Duties**
- Hitting KPIs
- Ensure name capture is attempted at every transaction.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Explain Sleep.8’s after-sales service philosophy.
- Promptly and efficiently process all basic sales transactions through Moysklad.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new associates
