We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Event Staff to join our team at 1 Mill Street. As a Bar and Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our bar, events and coffeehouse operate smoothly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our diverse community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and event attendees.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and refreshments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a high level of hygiene and presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the success of our bar, events and coffeehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- An interest in coworking spaces, events, and community engagement.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
