Due to our continuous expansion, MV Commercial have an opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our friendly workshop team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels more than the manufacturer national average.
- Distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve their daily objectives.
- To ensure a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability.
- Ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair.

Essential Criteria
- A full UK driving licence
- Basic IT Literacy
- Desirable Criteria
- Experience of working as a fully qualified Technician
