**The role**
Joining our professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going above and beyond your duties providing an exceptional customer service, putting patients and clients first, always.
Everyone here is focused on our patients and clients, and you will be too as you answer calls and queries, make appointments and take payments, and ensure the practice is safe and well-stocked.
Reception and Administration experience is essential (minimum of 2 years’ experience), you’ll also receive support and training. You must share our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you’ll also take the initiative in customer service and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Of course, share our love of animals and be able to deal with patients and clients in sometimes distressing circumstances.
Good written and spoken English, a positive approach to solving problems and the ability to work under pressure as needed are also essential.
Part time 22.5 hours a week
Hours:
Tuesday 4.5 hours
Thursday 08:30 to 18:30
Friday 08:30 to 18:30
1:3 Saturdays 4 hours

**Skills and experience**
Reception and administration experience, a minimum of two years in the last five years.
