**Location **Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT**The role**:
Are you a caring and compassionate qualified Healthcare Assistant with a minimum of twelve months recent experience in a healthcare environment? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to join our team.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us and provide a truly holistic approach to supporting patients within our In-Patient Unit. You will provide individualised nursing care for patients and their families/ carers, working collaboratively with members of the In-Patient Unit and wider Multi-disciplinary Teams.

Our In-Patient Unit works 11.5-hour shifts, from 8:00 - 8:00, both days and nights on a rota basis.

**About you**:
You will have a caring and empathetic nature and be motivated to provide high quality palliative care as well as being able to communicate effectively to patients and their families/carers and staff.

Experience of working in a palliative care environment would be beneficial but not essential.

This post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
