Lester Dominic Solicitor is looking for a **Receptionist**with Excellent creative skills to join our team.

**Location**. Finchley Central, London N3 1LH

**Experience**. 2-3 years as a receptionist with some reputable companies preferably in legal industry.

**Salary: £22,000 - 25,000**

**Requirements.**
- Answering calls, politely, quickly and efficiently, taking and relaying messages when required.
- First point of contact. Meeting and greeting the business’ visitors and making sure their visit is recorded in the Visitor’s Book.
- Arranging tea/coffee etc. for visitors.
- Keeping the reception areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Updating and maintaining the Call Log whenever a new enquiry is received.
- Updating and maintaining a list of staff telephone numbers (both internal and mobile).
- Booking couriers.
- Franking all outgoing mail and ensure all outbound post including DX is sent on time.
- Generally providing administrative support for the firm as and when required.
- Attending training courses in house and externally to develop expertise and further knowledge.
- Ensuring the front door is locked at 5.30pm unless visitors are still in the building.

**Skills.**
- Good Written and Communication Skills.
- Customer Service.
- Multitasking and know how to prioritize work.
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft work, know how to make presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Problem solving
- Understand the necessity for Confidentiality.

**Shift Timings**: 9:00am -5:30pm (Monday - Friday)

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, N3 1LH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
