**What you will be doing**

You will join the team that works well together to provide care to people acute mental health conditions. Whether you are have been a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

**Location**: Spring House,Matford Road, Exeter, EX2 4PD.

Spring House is a new 6 bed home with individual apartments for people with a learning disability or autism, who are stepping down from a hospital service and is ready to transition into the community for more independent living. This new service will openin March 2021
