We’re searching for a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Consultant, to join our dynamic and fast-paced Customer Success team in London.

**The Basics**

In the pursuit of turning all data into knowledge, Adarga is seeking Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Consultants to enable our customers to make better decisions through the use of ML and AI. As a Pre-Sales Technical Solutions Consultant you’ll play a critical role in guiding our customers, demonstrating and deploying the Adarga platform. You’ll be able to demystify technical concepts of AI, whilst working closely with sales and product teams, to accelerate our time-to-value. As a fast-growing software company, you’ll be used to operating in a versatile environment, scoping large scale projects, whilst supporting sales.
**What you’ll do**:

- Work directly with the sales team to qualify and execute sales.
- Create and run custom demos of AKP to support sales.
- Contribute to the channel and technical partner strategies, enablement and execution.
- Engage in the marketing events and conferences, including speaking roles.
- Support POCs/POVs for existing customers and new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer technology landscape, business challenges, use cases and objectives.
- Capture, prioritise and champion through customer ideas and feedback from customer meetings and demo’s to inform the product roadmap.
- Support company awareness on market trends through reporting industry trends.
- Customer and channel partner enablement including training.
- Understand sales terminology, process and best practices.
- Create compelling, relevant demonstrations and presentations in person and online.
- Work with sales team to review business and account strategy.
- Provide primary support for RFP responses.
- Usage of CRM to document and report progress with customers.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams, for feedback and improvement.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Technical experience operationalisation of technology (preferably AI / ML / NLP) with both public and private sector clients.
- Experience in customer-facing sales, pre-sales, or support positions.
- Track record of designing and delivering solutions to large, complex organisations.
- Knowledge of Cloud providers, AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture Concepts, inc. Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of system integrations.
- Experience tailoring solutions and demonstrations to customer business needs.
- Familiarity with mainstream CRM solutions.
- Ability and willingness to be security cleared up to DV level.
- Ability and willingness to work for National Defence interests.

**Desired**:

- Technical knowledge of;
- AI / ML Solutions.
- Natural Language Processing.
- Graph Technology.
- Familiarity with modern project methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Degree or equivalent professional experience.

While the role is primarily London based, travel to UK-wide customer locations is anticipated.
