**Investment Operations Administrator**
**Part-Time Permanent role | 3 days per week**
**Based in Edinburgh (working for home whilst Covid restrictions are in place)**
**Salary up to £26,000 pro-rata + benefits**
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Financial Services sector to recruit this role. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive asset servicing administration support to the company's clients.
This role will initially be based from home due to current restrictions, with the option to work from the office in a blended role. Please note however that once restrictions are eased there will be an expectation that this role will return to being officebased.
**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Dealing with allocated work items in a timely & professional manner
- Providing full back office support to the investment operations team across a number of areas including dividend processing, trading & corporate actions
- Consistently delivering work in line with company procedures & processes
- Sharing knowledge & support across the team and the wider business
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal & external stakeholders, ensuring the best service is provided across the board at all times
- Various ad hoc investment administration duties as directed
**In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include**:

- Recent relevant experience working in a back office administration or platform role within Financial Services or Investments - this experience is essential
- First class communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Excellent administration, attention to detail, prioritisation & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy workload effectively
- Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
