**The opportunity**:
You will be working with an extensive and broad portfolio of audit clients in the midland’s region, within the owner-managed and corporate space.

As an Audit Manager/ senior you will be client-facing and will build and maintain strong relationships with a significant number of business owners.

The team is investing in hiring exceptional talent that is aligned with their culture and needs, this opportunity is ideal for experienced audit professionals with practice experience looking for the opportunity to join a dynamic Business Advisory and Accountancypractice that has made a significant positive and progressive impact in the market.

**Key tasks include**:

- Responsible for the financial performance and management of a portfolio of audit clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being a main point of contact throughout the year for queries and support.
- Develop a strong commercial understanding of the client's businesses and any developments within it.
- Manage audit resources to ensure engagements have the right mix of knowledge and skills required within the team assigned.

**What are we looking for in a member of the team?**
- 7+ years of experience working on audit projects for mid-tier clients.
- Experience only working on external financial audits.
- Ability to build strong relationships internally as well as with clients.
- Knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs, and Companies Law.
- Significant experience in audit testing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
