**Role Overview**:
As our Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events, from setup to close down. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with various departments, managing staff, and exceeding customer expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to expand their experience in events within a prestigious environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all required areas for the event are set up and ready.
- Coordinate with kitchen, staff, and customers to ensure timings are met.
- Manage both in-house staff and agency staff effectively.
- Ensure all event staff are briefed on their roles and responsibilities.
- Exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service during events.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Oversee close down and reset for the next event as required.
- Ensure adherence to all checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event supervision, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve on the go.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on event timings.
